Kamui's black leather was designed to give the player more spin at a relatively lower speed This goal was perfectly achieved by creating the Kamui leather. The black Kamui leather is available in SS, S, M hardnesses.
SS (super soft) hardness, gives the cue extreme softness and is recommended for cues with high deflection.
S (soft) hardness, recommended for players who want to reduce the time of contact between cue and ball.
M (medium) hardness, the general middle ground where the player finds the optimum swing and spin.
