The biggest advantage of climbing is that it allows you to train and strengthen all the muscles in your body. As well as helping you lose weight, it helps improve your coordination and endurance, and strengthens your whole body. It is much safer than actual climbing as you won't get bruises or climbing-related injuries. The machine tilts at a 75-degree angle, so you can train in a position that's beneficial for your joints. The machine has a stride length of 54 centimetres. It's entirely up to you how powerful your stride will be.
The machine is suitable for pre-workout warm-ups and high-intensity interval training. The biggest advantage of this vertical climber is that it can also be used as a treadmill, as the side handles allow you to rest your arms and focus only on walking.

However, if you do get your arms involved in the movement, you get an intense cardio workout that allows you to exercise all muscle groups.
