The fan with wide blades provides the load, depending on how hard you load and lean on it - the pedals and movable handles are attached to the fan. You can exercise your legs, but you can also just focus on your upper body thanks to the supports. For maximum comfort, you can adjust the seat horizontally and vertically.
To make your workout even more colourful, the Airbike Lite also offers you a few programmes. After the classic quick start, we have to mention interval training and programs that can be adjusted according to the purpose of your workout. You can also adjust the interval training to your own preferences - so you can tailor the whole workout to your needs. You'll find all the measurements on the simple LCD display.

Thanks to the air brake system, you don't need to adjust the load on the Airbike Lite indoor bike, as the fan with wide blades rotates depending on how hard you pedal. This increases the load in direct proportion to the speed, and the load increases evenly without any interruption.

A key feature of the Airbike Lite is the preset interval programs that let you start your workout with the push of a button. Interval training quickly alternates between a higher intensity workout and a more relaxing phase to help burn fat. If none of the pre-set intervals appeal to you, you can even create your own programme.
