Technological Overview
With the launch of Aramith100, Aramith introduces the 5th generation of its phenolic resin and sets a new quality standard in the industry As a result of 15 years of research and development, this revolutionary resin has been combined with Duramith™ technology, already used in Aramith Tournament ball sets, to offer unprecedented properties.
Thanks to a doubled glass coating, Aramith100 is 5 times more impact resistant and three times more resistant to abrasion, scratches and stains than any other billiard ball on the market. Aramith100 also provides better kick resistance thanks to increased anti-static properties and offers the best consistency across all balls in the set.
To celebrate 100 years of excellent Belgian craftsmanship, the Aramith100 logo, its number and the surrounding semicircle are precision engraved on each cue ball, indicating the use of Duramith™ technology. One side of the ball is engraved with the Aramith logo and the other with the number 100. Thanks to its deeper glass coating, this billiard ball set is like no other. The engravings are enlarged, the colours are sublimated and the brilliance and shine are incomparable. The Aramith100 is packaged in a stylish solid oak box that symbolises strength, longevity and endurance. Inside the box, the lid is covered with a piece of the emblematic Yellow Green Simonis 860 scarf, made by Iwan Simonis of Belgium.
