Soft, plywood cue leather for normal pool or pyramid cues
Stick with a gel instant adhesive or Palmatex.
The sides of the leather can be cut to size with a cue leather sharpener, and the top can be sanded with several types of sanders.
The most durable and practical is the Helmet, and the cheapest is the plain plastic sander.
