A polycarbonate shaft with a revolutionary new system The click system allows the feather to turn completely, and the shaft itself can bend at a 17 degree angle, making it less of an obstruction to other arrows. If you don't want it to rotate, just lift a rubber ring and the pen is fixed.
Special separate nib is required.
